Our experimental and theoretical work is focused on mechanisms of lifestyle diseases such as hypertension, heart failure, arrhythmias, obesity and diabetes.

Recent research in our lab deals with the role of gut bacteria-derived molecules and the gut-blood barrier in cardiovascular diseases.

We are interested in cooperation with laboratories and companies in order to develop and commercialize projects related to life sciences.
