System for the long-term measurement of hemodynamic and electrophysiological parameters 

(blood pressure, heart rate, ECG, EEG, motoric activity) in small animals (mice, rats, rabbits)

 

Application: Experimental cardiology, neurophysiology
The telemetric system for continuous measurement of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate and motor activity of the animals. Measurements may be performed in awake and freely moving animals for up to 24 weeks. Wireless transmitters implanted before the experiment allow acquiring data of high quality.

Application: Experimental cardiology, neurophysiology

BIOPAC system allows measurement of systolic and diastolic blood pressure, heart rate as well as recording of ECG or EEG for up to 2 hours in awake and anesthetized animals. 

ELISA Equipment

The Multiskan Spectrum is a computer-controlled spectrophotometer that measures the absorbance of the solution in wells in 6-, 12-, 24-, 48-, 96-, or 384-well plate or in a 1 cm pathlength cuvette. The instrument can read the absorbance in endpoint, kinetic and spectral scanning measurements in the UV/VIS/NIR range. The Multiskan Spectrum is also equipped with shaker and incubator. The instrument is run using SkanIt Software, which controls all the instrument functions and provides data processing as well as reporting function.
